Verification

Check a certificate.

Any Certificate of Analysis we issue can be checked here against the laboratory's own records — by anyone holding it, at any time, free.

Printed on the certificate beneath the QR code, e.g. 7Q2M-K4XN-08RT-BD5H.

Excerpt of a certificate's last page showing sections 05 — Authorisation and 06 — Verification. The QR code and the 16-character code printed beneath it sit in section 06; names, signatures, dates and the code itself are obscured in this example.
Where to look: section 06 — Verification on the last page of your certificate carries the QR code and, beneath it, the 16-character code to type here. Details are obscured in this example.

How verification works

01

Scan or type

Every certificate we issue carries a QR code that opens this page, and the same 16-character code printed beneath it for typing by hand.

02

Compare

The page shows the record as it exists in our laboratory system: sample, batch, dates and results. If anything differs from the document in front of you, trust this page — not the document.

03

Check the file

For PDFs we also publish the file's SHA-256 fingerprint. Recompute it on your copy: if even one byte was altered after issue, the fingerprints will not match.

A lookup reveals nothing beyond the certificate itself: records carry no client information, and codes cannot be browsed or guessed. If a certificate does not verify, or verifies with different results than the copy you were shown, we want to know — contact the laboratory.
