Who we are

Innovative Synthesis Solutions Ltd. (“ISS”, “we”, “us”) operates this website as an independent analytical laboratory specializing in peptide and research compound analysis, with capabilities extending to small molecules and other research compounds.

What this website is — and isn’t

This website describes our analytical capabilities, provides a way to get in touch about a sample or analytical project, and hosts a tool to verify the authenticity of a Certificate of Analysis we have issued. It is not an online shop: no analytical services, compounds or reference materials are sold, ordered or dispensed through this website, and nothing on it is an offer to sell any substance.

Research use only

Analytes referred to on this website — including research peptides, peptide blends and other research compounds — are described here solely in relation to the analytical work we perform on client-submitted samples. Nothing on this website is medical, dietary or therapeutic advice, and we do not endorse, recommend or advise on the administration or use of any substance we analyze. An analytical result relates only to the specific sample submitted and tested.

Laboratory services

Analytical testing itself — scope of work, turnaround, pricing and liability for testing — is governed by the separate terms agreed between ISS and a client at the point a sample is submitted, not by these website terms. Nothing on this website is an offer to provide testing on any particular terms.

Certificate verification

The verification tool lets anyone holding a Certificate of Analysis check it against our own laboratory records. A match confirms that a certificate with that code exists in our records and shows its current status — valid, superseded or revoked — and the associated result data. It is not a warranty about the substance the certificate describes, and using it does not create a relationship between you and ISS. If our record differs from a document you were given, treat our record as authoritative and contact us.

Attempting to enumerate, scrape or systematically probe the verification tool, or knowingly submitting a code for a certificate you suspect was not issued by us, is not a permitted use of this website.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use this website in any way that breaches applicable law
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of this website, including the admin system
• interfere with or disrupt the operation of this website, including the contact form or the verification tool
• submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form on this website
• use automated means to extract data from this website beyond normal search-engine indexing

Intellectual property

The content of this website — including its text, the ISS name and logo, and its design — belongs to Innovative Synthesis Solutions Ltd. or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may view and print pages for your own personal or internal business reference; you may not reproduce, republish or redistribute them without our permission.

This website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any site we do not operate.

No warranty; limitation of liability

This website is provided “as is”. While we take reasonable care to keep it accurate and available, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that certificate data will be available at every moment. These terms are governed by the law applicable at the place Innovative Synthesis Solutions Ltd. is registered, and any dispute relating to them is subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
